About the role

Financiera Prisa, S.A. is looking for a results‑driven Financial Sales Executive to originate and manage personal loans offered through direct salary discount to government employees and private‑sector staff. The role focuses on the full credit origination cycle, from client profiling to loan disbursement and post‑sale follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close personal loan opportunities for government and private‑sector employees.
• Analyze client files, calculate discount capacity (35%, 50% and 75%) and assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare and submit Proforma F‑1 reports to the Comptroller General.
• Manage the end‑to‑end loan origination process, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and collaborate with digital platforms for client communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in banks or financial institutions, specifically in personal loans and direct‑discount products.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
