About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join Cladirect Panamá’s managed cybersecurity services unit. The role focuses on helping businesses in Panama protect themselves from cyber‑attacks by promoting our recurring, turnkey solutions that include testing, monitoring, detection, remediation and AI‑driven anti‑ransomware technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Actively develop the commercial and corporate market in Panama, targeting technology and cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct face‑to‑face visits with prospects and clients, managing travel according to your own schedule.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals and annual service contracts until they are closed.
• Record and update all commercial activities (contacts, opportunities, progress) in the company’s CRM or designated tool.
• Collaborate with Commercial Management to build a sales pipeline and design outreach strategies for new prospects.
• Prepare quotations, presentations and progress reports for your portfolio.
• Achieve sales quotas and commercial KPIs defined by Commercial Management.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in building a B2B sales career.
• Motivation driven by target achievement and variable income from commissions.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
• Clear communication skills and the capacity to build trust from the first contact.
• Strong organization and discipline for managing your agenda and prospect portfolio.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license for client visits across Panama.
• Professional personal presentation.

Required skills

• Basic IT knowledge.
• Familiarity with artificial‑intelligence tools, especially large language models (LLM).
• Basic English reading ability for technical and commercial documentation.
