About the role

The Project Commercial Executive will develop and manage business opportunities in construction, remodeling and design projects. You will provide specialized advice on materials, finishes, kitchens and related products, guiding prospects from initial identification through to sale closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales of construction materials, finishes, kitchens and related products.
• Prospect and conduct field sales, identifying new projects and commercial opportunities.
• Follow up with clients and projects from first contact to final closing.
• Advise customers on available solutions and product options.
• Interpret architectural plans to pinpoint requirements and sales opportunities.
• Prepare, present and track quotations and commercial proposals.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders and other project stakeholders.
• Achieve commercial targets and monitor ongoing opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project‑based sales.
• Background in marketing construction materials, finishes, kitchens or similar products.
• Experience in street or external sales.
• Knowledge of the construction market and projects in Panama.
• Ability to build a client portfolio and generate new opportunities.
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical plans.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Result‑oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
