About the role

Homecenter Panamá is looking for a Sales & Design Executive who blends interior design expertise with a strong commercial mindset. The role involves assisting customers in‑store, creating strategic quotes, following up via WhatsApp, and using design tools to close sales and support occasional B2B projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to customers on the shop floor.
• Gather real client needs and produce complete, strategic quotations.
• Apply closing techniques and follow up quotations daily using the internal manual.
• Use design assets such as quick moodboards, renderings, and product combinations to help clients visualise spaces.
• Communicate strategically through WhatsApp, sending real photos, product details, and timely follow‑ups.
• Maintain order in the CRM system and update lead status every 2‑4 days.
• Support small B2B projects, create basic renders, and build relationships with local architects and construction firms.

Required profile

• Interior designer, architect, or advanced design student with a passion for selling.
• Highly organised, proactive, and results‑driven.
• Strong written communication for WhatsApp messaging.
• Ambitious, eager to grow and become a top performer.
