Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and dispatch of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing service technicians using Fusion software. The role supports both emergency and preventive maintenance calls in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians across HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing trades using Fusion.
• Schedule emergency service calls and routine preventive maintenance visits.
• Monitor technician routes, job progress, and overall scheduling efficiency.
• Update work orders, job statuses, and customer records in real time.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates to customers.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely job completion.
• Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Provide after‑hours and emergency dispatch support for 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Fusion dispatch software.
• Background coordinating residential and commercial service projects.
• Previous dispatch experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, or similar field service.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 service environment and performing well under pressure.
