Digital Solutions Business Partner

About the role

The Digital Solutions Business Partner drives technology‑enabled productivity across the assigned business area, acting as the bridge between business leaders and technology teams. You will translate strategic priorities and operational challenges into scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic liaison between business units and IT, converting business needs into digital initiatives.
• Identify, design, and implement technology solutions that boost productivity, efficiency, and performance.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of complex digital projects, overseeing scope, budget, resources, risks, and governance.
• Collaborate with regional leaders, stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, create roadmaps, and execute cross‑functional plans.
• Lead change management, solution adoption, validation testing, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement while measuring business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, or related areas.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects or automation initiatives using methodologies such as value‑stream mapping, design thinking, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with AI tools/services such as Azure AI and Copilot Studio.
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code platforms like Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of APIs, data handling, and application‑integration concepts.
