About the role

ReKluti, a technology talent consultancy in LATAM, is looking for a Junior Python Developer to work on a strategic data‑migration and batch‑processing project for international clients. The position is hybrid, based in Panama City, and involves ensuring the smooth execution of Python pipelines and handling on‑site technical logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, run, and monitor batch processing pipelines using Python, guaranteeing operational continuity and data integrity.
• Provide on‑site technical support, manage access permissions, and coordinate with remote engineering teams.
• Organize and maintain project documentation related to data migration stages.
• Handle final technical logistics, including packaging data and delivering physical storage media according to strict standards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in similar technical roles, preferably in data migration or batch processing.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to resolve operational blockers quickly.
• Adaptable to fast‑changing project timelines and collaborative with remote and on‑site stakeholders.
• Native Spanish speaker.

Required skills

• Python scripting and automation.
• Understanding of data‑migration processes and batch‑processing architectures.
• Experience with documentation management tools.
• Ability to provide on‑site technical support and coordinate access controls.
