About the role

Join P&G’s Data Science team in Panama to develop and deploy AI-driven models that turn massive consumer data into actionable business insights. This entry-level, full-time role will let you work closely with business leaders and data engineers to solve real-world problems for a global consumer‑goods company.

Key responsibilities

• Mine terabytes of consumer data and develop predictive models.
• Formulate business problems and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques.
• Deploy and monitor algorithms on P&G’s cloud platforms.
• Translate model outputs into recommendations for sales and marketing.
• Collaborate with data engineers to automate model pipelines.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and support user adoption.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of relevant data science experience.
• Academic background in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning and optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
