Customer Support Assistant – Data Entry (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our Panama support team on a temporary basis. The role focuses on migrating customers from legacy platforms to a new modern system and handling off‑boarding tasks. You will work on‑site at our City of Knowledge office for the duration of the contract, which runs until the end of November.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer, vessel and account data during migration.
• Execute data migration from legacy systems to the new platform, performing quality checks after transfer.
• Carry out off‑boarding procedures for customers once migration is complete.
• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures for all data‑entry and migration activities.
• Provide daily status updates to the manager on migration progress and pending tasks.

Required profile

• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Strong PC proficiency and basic understanding of software systems.
• Ability to handle repetitive, high‑volume tasks while adhering to SOPs.
