Customer Success & Technical Support (POS Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success & Technical Support professional to ensure our POS solutions are installed, configured, maintained, and operating correctly for our clients. The role combines on‑site and remote assistance to deliver an exceptional service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain POS equipment.
• Provide technical support both on‑site and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Manage and follow up on support tickets.
• Train customers on system usage.
• Conduct technical visits and implementations.

Required profile

• Experience in technical support, POS systems or related areas (desired).
• Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows and POS equipment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized and able to work in a team.
• Availability for field work.
