Customer Success Manager

About the role

PX is seeking a commercially‑minded Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of high‑value client accounts. You will balance client‑facing activities with structured account planning, reporting and renewal processes, driving adoption of PX’s first‑party product.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic accounts to ensure value delivery, retention and growth.
• Drive product adoption and expansion, building business cases and persuading clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and create quarterly account plans.
• Own end‑to‑end client processes: onboarding, quarterly business reviews, renewals and expansion paperwork.
• Serve as escalation point for client concerns, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to align client goals with platform capabilities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, account documentation and health reporting.
• Work with leadership on growth forecasts and churn risk management.

Required profile

• 3+ years in Client Success, Account Management or Customer Experience.
• Commercial mindset with a proven record of growing accounts.
• Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
• Comfort with routine, detailed reporting and process management.
• Familiarity with MarTech, AdTech, SaaS or platform‑based acquisition models.
• Understanding of NRR, churn, health scores and LTV metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
