About the role

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone calls, email messages, and live chat to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Provide knowledgeable answers regarding product features, pricing details, and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Perform data entry tasks across various platforms to keep customer records up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to multitask, organize tasks, and prioritize workload effectively.
