Customer Service Representative

About the role

Exclusive Customer Services is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to its regional and international clients in Panama City.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of requests.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and service processes.
• Meet established service quality and response‑time KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, client success, account support, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
