Customer Service and Sales Representative

About the role

Insignia Resources is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Customer Service and Sales Representatives. In these positions you will either support customers through phone interactions or actively generate new business by reaching out to prospects. Both roles focus on delivering a positive experience and driving company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, providing product information, order status, and issue resolution.
• Handle complaints, propose appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products or services and highlighting key benefits.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, addressing objections and concerns with a problem‑solving mindset.

Required profile

• Panamanian citizenship or a valid work permit for Panama.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Customer‑centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
• At least one year of proven sales experience with a successful track record.
• Excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication and active listening skills.
