Credit Advisor – Street Sales (Capira, Penonomé, Chorrera)

About the role

The Credit Advisor will work on the streets to prospect, promote and place micro‑financial products for low‑income entrepreneurs. The role combines sales, client advisory and portfolio recovery, aligning with the organization’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients in designated areas (Capira, Penonomé, Chorrera).
• Promote and place financial products such as micro‑loans.
• Manage and recover loan portfolios, ensuring timely repayments.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients.
• Achieve individual sales and recovery targets.

Required profile

• Residence in the Milla 8 or La Doña area.
• Experience in street sales.
• Studies in accounting, finance, marketing or related fields.
• Own car or motorcycle with a valid driver’s license.
• Good personal credit references.
