About the role
We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join our dynamic team in Panama City. The role focuses on delivering reliable financial information to support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and accounting reports.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closures.
- Perform bank reconciliations and detailed account analysis.
- Manage tax obligations and ensure full compliance with fiscal regulations.
- Support internal audits and uphold financial regulatory standards.
- Consolidate financial data and present results to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting functions.
- Strong knowledge of the accounting cycle and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting software tools.
