Collections Call Center Agent – On‑Site

About the role

We are seeking experienced Collections Call Center Agents to join our on‑site team. In this full‑time position you will handle customer conversations related to loan, credit‑card or banking collections, ensuring timely resolution and payment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate repayment solutions.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (tested).
• Proven experience in a collections call‑center environment, preferably with loans, credit cards or banking campaigns.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to manage difficult conversations.
• Valid work permit for foreign candidates.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
