Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Case Manager to join our fast‑growing US‑based organization operating from Panama. The role involves managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution, acting as the primary liaison between US attorneys, medical providers, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned cases, ensuring all tasks, deadlines, and follow‑ups are completed accurately.
• Provide regular case updates to attorneys, flag risks, and maintain organized documentation for trial preparation.
• Coordinate with therapists, chiropractors, orthopedists and other medical providers to obtain treatment plans, records and billing information.
• Track and retrieve outstanding medical records, and arrange ancillary services such as transportation or vehicle repairs.
• Manage the client calendar, schedule appointments, and deliver empathetic support throughout the case.
• Utilize a case management system as the single source of truth and operate multiple software and communication tools.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C2) and native‑level Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with US‑based stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using case management or CRM platforms.
