Carrier Sales Representative

About the role

Circle Logistics is seeking a motivated Carrier Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing logistics team. In this role you will manage a book of business, negotiate freight rates, and ensure timely pick‑ups and deliveries while building strong relationships with carriers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and negotiate freight rates with carriers.
• Manage daily shipments to guarantee timely pick‑up and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategy and account implementation.
• Communicate load details and updates to carriers, customers, and colleagues.
• Resolve transportation issues promptly and professionally.
• Procure new carriers based on volume and lane density.
• Maintain market knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Experience in freight brokerage or account management preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Required skills

• Google Drive.
• Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
