Business Development Representative – Latin America & US

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to support a growing international group that operates across advisory services, real estate, travel assistance, and alternative risk solutions. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building strategic partnerships, and creating a robust pipeline of high‑value conversations across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage high‑potential prospects in the target regions.
• Generate qualified business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, webinars, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, decision‑making structures, budgets, and timelines.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with investors, business owners, brokers, advisors, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity, and provide regular reporting on lead quality and conversion progress.
• Support the planning and execution of webinars, private events, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across the group’s various business lines.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve quarterly pipeline and opportunity‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to engage business owners, executives, investors, and decision‑makers.
• Comfortable working in an international, consultative sales environment.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, insurance, real estate, relocation, travel assistance, or B2B partnerships is highly valued.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and B2B prospecting tools.
