Business Development Manager – Remote (Panama focus)

About the role

VT Markets is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Panama region. Working remotely, you will identify new leads, expand our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partners, and contribute to the company’s market share in the CFD industry.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and qualify new business leads within the CFD sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, brokers, and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and sustain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct periodic competitor analysis to uncover market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in financial services or CFD brokerage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding partner networks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess competition and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
