Bilingual Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Bilingual Supply Chain Coordinator will manage the procurement, inventory control, and logistics of medical supplies, reagents, clinical consumables, and equipment required for cell therapy and regenerative medicine procedures. The role ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and BPM/GMP standards while supporting timely clinical and administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Procure medical supplies, reagents, and equipment, request quotations, compare vendors, and control purchase budgets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct periodic counts.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with national and international suppliers, manage payment terms, and follow up on orders and claims.
• Coordinate importation of specialized equipment and supplies, ensuring cold‑chain integrity for biologic and temperature‑sensitive products.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and BPM/GMP standards, maintain traceability of critical inputs, and oversee equipment maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to anticipate material needs and guarantee availability.
• Organize purchase files, invoices, contracts, and generate consumption and inventory reports.
• Propose process improvements, implement KPIs, and drive efficiency in purchasing and distribution.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain roles, preferably in health, pharmaceutical or clinical settings.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and BPM/GMP quality standards.
• Proficiency with inventory control systems and advanced Excel.
• Experience negotiating with both national and international suppliers.
• Familiarity with import procedures and cold‑chain management (desired).
