Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a variety of positions. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking and other channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual and in‑person interviews, evaluating candidates against position requirements.
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the recruitment journey.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Perform reference checks and assist with background‑check processes as needed.
• Extend offers, support compensation discussions and manage pre‑employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a professional experience.
• Attend career fairs, hiring events, community events and other recruiting activities.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by developing relationships with candidates from varied backgrounds.
• Stay informed about recruiting trends, local talent markets and effective sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and team members.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with online recruiting platforms.
