Bilingual Labor Attorney – In‑house Counsel

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Labor Attorney licensed in Panama to join our in‑house legal team. The role combines legal advisory duties with office administration and client support for an orthopedic medical practice based in Miami, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the company on labor law compliance and employment‑related matters.
• Draft, review, and revise employment agreements, policies, and related legal documents.
• Serve as the primary contact during inspections by the Social Security Administration (CSS), Ministry of Labor (MITRADEL), or other government authorities.
• Prepare and submit required documentation to government agencies upon request.
• Maintain organized legal, corporate, and administrative records.
• Support day‑to‑day office operations, scheduling, and internal documentation.
• Update client records, handle phone inquiries, and communicate professionally with clients while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice law in Panama.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
