About the role
We are looking for experienced B737 Captains to join our flight crew in Panama. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of safety, delivering excellent customer service, and fostering a collaborative environment among crew members.
Key responsibilities
- Command and operate B737 aircraft on scheduled routes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Lead the flight crew, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout each flight.
Required profile
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence.
- Current unrestricted First‑Class medical certificate.
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours.
- At least 1,000 hours as Pilot‑in‑Command.
- Level 5 ICAO English language proficiency.
Required skills
- B737 type rating / operation.
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence.
- First‑Class medical certification.
- Level 5 ICAO English proficiency.
