About the role
We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Distribution Center team in Panamá Pacífico as a General Helper. The role involves supporting daily operations related to receiving, storing, labeling, and dispatching merchandise while working closely with colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily tasks within reception, storage, labeling, and dispatch processes.
- Use computer resources and manual tools to coordinate workflow.
- Load and unload products on the floor manually or with a portable transporter.
- Follow standard policies, procedures, hygiene, safety, and risk‑prevention guidelines.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Reliability and attention to detail in routine tasks.
Required skills
- Basic computer operation skills.
- Manual material handling.
