About the role

Join Hines, a global leader in real estate investment and management, as an Assistant Property Manager. You will support the Operations Manager in daily property administration, tenant relations, and operational reporting, contributing to the smooth operation of our portfolio in Costa del Este.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and support the Operations Manager in addressing their requests.
• Collect and maintain property information, including all records related to operations.
• Support the preparation of operational reports and assist in budget preparation and control.
• Help monitor and track tenant lease contracts.
• Assist in managing supplier contracts and insurance policies.
• Support the coordination of general services such as cleaning and security.
• Perform any additional administrative or operational tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, financial, or operational roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong service attitude, teamwork, proactivity, attention to detail, and follow‑up skills.
• Based in Costa del Este.
