Asistente Administrativo Contable Jr.

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Administrative Accounting Assistant to join our administrative team at the Marcos A. Gelabert International Airport in Panama City. The role supports purchase and sales operations, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation in SAP Business One.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up purchase orders in SAP Business One.
• Enter and record fuel receipts in the system.
• Verify sales orders contain correct information and costs.
• Check invoicing status of orders and follow up pending items.
• Assist in reviewing and controlling accounts receivable and payable information.
• Ensure supporting documentation is complete and properly recorded.
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain or correct necessary information.
• Prepare basic administrative and accounting reports.
• Support the Accounting department in audit and review processes.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in administrative or accounting functions.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing, sales, invoicing and accounting processes.
• Attention to detail, organized and eager to learn.
• Ability to work on-site within an international airport and meet civil aviation authority requirements (police record, anti‑doping test).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• SAP Business One (preferred).

• On‑site work schedule: Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑4:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am‑12:30 pm.
• Location in Hangar 4D, Albrook, Panama City.
