About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to drive commercial growth in the construction sector. The role combines technical expertise with consultative selling to turn engineering solutions into successful business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical advice to clients and prospects on construction products and solutions.
• Identify, develop, and follow up on business opportunities in construction projects.
• Prepare accurate quotations and tailored commercial proposals.
• Review, interpret, and analyze architectural drawings to calculate and specify materials.
• Design complementary elements and finishing details for panel systems.
• Conduct training and induction sessions on product installation at job sites.
• Perform technical and commercial site visits.
• Track sales, dispatches, and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in technical or commercial sales within the construction sector.
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical specifications.
• Willingness to travel and to conduct training sessions in Panama.
• Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and teamwork.
