Asesor Técnico Comercial – Agrosector

About the role

The company, a provider of equipment that protects animal protein production chains, is looking for a Technical Commercial Advisor to support customers in the agro‑food sector. You will combine technical expertise with sales activities to promote safe and effective use of the Aguair product line.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on product application in food plants, agro‑industries, packaging facilities and farms.
• Conduct on‑site visits to diagnose needs, propose bio‑security solutions and deliver specific recommendations.
• Train client personnel on Good Manufacturing Practices, cleaning, disinfection and product usage to meet food safety standards.
• Prepare commercial proposals, technical quotations and supporting documentation tailored to each client.
• Accompany field trials, product validations and sanitisation protocols at client sites.
• Achieve sales targets, expand the client portfolio through prospecting, scheduled visits and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Generate technical and commercial reports on activities, results and identified opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery and efficient inventory management.
• Participate in events, fairs and technical trainings to strengthen brand positioning.

Required profile

• Graduated professional in Chemical, Agro‑industrial or Food Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical commercial positions, preferably in field sales to corporate clients.
• Experience delivering technical and commercial presentations.
• Desirable background in agriculture, food safety, bio‑security or sanitisation technologies.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel monthly to interior locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
