Asesor de Servicio – Atención al Cliente en Taller

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to welcome, assist and guide workshop customers, ensuring a seamless service experience and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and receive customers entering the workshop, guaranteeing timely entry into the production process.
• Manage walk‑in appointments according to company policies and ensure prompt service.
• Conduct memorable receptions for new‑car customers (up to 1,000 km) to build loyalty.
• Channel warranty claim cases correctly and follow up on repair status.
• Identify service opportunities, provide quotations and promote cross‑selling based on customer needs.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers about vehicle status using provided channels and update internal systems.
• Oversee pre‑delivery and final delivery processes, ensuring accurate service order closure and billing.
• Handle customer complaints or suggestions, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy in all forms and system entries related to prioritization, reception, pre‑delivery and delivery.
• Coordinate mixed repairs (body shop) when required to accelerate service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Administration or a related field (in progress acceptable).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑facing automotive service role.
• Strong customer service orientation with experience handling complaints and sales follow‑up.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
