About the role

We are looking for a Commercial and Service Advisor who is passionate about sales and delivering outstanding customer service. In this role you will engage with clients, understand their needs and provide comprehensive multi‑product solutions while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers, identifying needs and proposing integrated product solutions.
• Manage commercial opportunities from prospecting to closing.
• Provide timely follow‑up with existing clients and new prospects.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to strengthen customer loyalty.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through proactive, results‑oriented actions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or commercial management.
• Strong passion for business generation and meeting objectives.
• Ability to spot opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Proven track record of following up prospects and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and service orientation.
• Goal‑focused, proactive and dynamic attitude with a customer‑centric mindset.
