About the role

Infile is looking for a Commercial Advisor based in Panama to lead the full sales cycle of its technology and electronic invoicing solutions. The role focuses on prospecting, acquiring, and closing corporate accounts, contributing to the company’s market growth and positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in medium and large enterprises.
• Present and demonstrate technology solutions in a consultative manner.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision‑makers.
• Record and track commercial opportunities in a CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or software.
• Proven experience handling key accounts and negotiating at a managerial level.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and results‑orientation.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to meet clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Odoo, or Salesforce.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling commercial presentations.
