About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to design and define scalable, secure technology solutions that align with business strategic objectives. The role bridges product, business, development, data, security, infrastructure and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and define scalable, secure, and sustainable software architectures.
• Lead software development teams and coordinate strategic technology initiatives.
• Participate in planning, design and execution of development projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security standards and best development practices.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate architecture‑related risks.
• Promote technological innovation and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Ensure proper integration between applications, databases and technology infrastructures.
• Stay updated on technology trends and assess their applicability.
• Collaborate with business, technology and operations areas to guarantee project success.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, solution design or technology architecture.
• Proven experience leading development teams in corporate environments.
• Experience defining and implementing enterprise technology architectures.
• Participation in digital transformation projects and scalable solution development.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
• Cloud architectures – Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Relational and non‑relational databases.
• Networking and IT security.
• Software design patterns.
• Enterprise and application architecture design.
• UML (desirable).
• Architecture modeling tools (desirable).
• Knowledge of various programming stacks (desirable).
• Advanced development and automation tools (desirable).
