Analista de Operaciones

About the role

The Operations Analyst provides analytical and administrative support to the business by collecting, processing, and analyzing operational data. The role ensures the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs), strategic reports, and forecasts that enable data‑driven decision‑making and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage operational information through logs, operational reports, and management indicators.
• Record, monitor, and follow up on operational incidents, anomalies, and service issues.
• Track external operations KPIs and produce periodic reports for business and finance teams.
• Prepare monthly performance and cost reports to control route times and distribution.
• Collect, tabulate, and analyze operational data for management metrics.
• Maintain the Volume Reporting Template, monitoring service execution, client coverage, and generated revenue.
• Coordinate delivery requests with shipping lines, ensuring accurate billing information.
• Generate and analyze ATM remainder reports to validate operational metrics against client penalties.
• Support excellence programs by analyzing attendance, punctuality, productivity, and route compliance.
• Develop 12‑month forecasts for operational services to aid resource planning.
• Assist in reviewing and validating executed operational services for data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience in operational data analysis, report creation, and KPI management.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience handling databases, operational metrics, and analytical tools.
• Strong analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail.
• Capability to work with multiple information sources and meet deadlines.
