About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team of top‑tier tech talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate data insights.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that answer business questions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Create and maintain documentation of data sources, models, and analytical processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, and R.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and advanced English proficiency.
