About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a data‑cell structure supporting a bank in Panama. The role focuses on building and automating reporting solutions that enable business units to monitor performance and make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for multiple business areas.
• Automate manual reporting processes using BI tools.
• Calculate, track, and report on key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality‑control activities.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytical support to other departments.
• Document metric definitions and calculation methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Statistics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or reporting.
• Preferably experience in banking or financial services.

Required skills

• Power BI (or a comparable BI platform).
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced Excel for analysis and reporting.

Desired skills

• Basic Python programming.
• Power BI certification.
• Experience with financial or banking indicators.
