About the role
The Purchasing Analyst will support CPT PSA Marine Panamá by analysing internal demand for goods and services, evaluating market offers and ensuring efficient spend management while complying with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse acquisition needs, historical spend and projected expenses.
- Identify and recommend cost‑effective suppliers.
- Develop saving strategies and negotiation approaches.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers in line with the company’s purchasing policy.
Required profile
- Degree in Economics, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, supply‑chain or logistics processes.
- Proven experience with the SAP Purchasing module (mandatory).
