About the role

The Purchasing Analyst is responsible for managing the complete acquisition cycle of materials, goods, and services, ensuring compliance with the company’s established norms and procedures. This role supports all departments by planning, coordinating, and monitoring purchasing activities to guarantee the timely availability of required inputs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement processes for a wide range of items.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify needs and specifications.
• Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor order status and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (and preferably English).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Experience in procurement or supply‑chain environments is a plus.
