About the role

The Regulatory Affairs Analyst will support the regional Regulatory Affairs Department in managing health‑sector product compliance. The role involves obtaining necessary approvals, handling required documentation, and liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining and maintaining sanitary registrations, particularly in Panama.
• Prepare and consolidate technical product information for regulatory filings, audits, and internal or client queries.
• Translate technical documents, letters, and regulatory support materials.
• Track basic registration processes, renewals, importations, and certifications.
• Draft communications, letters, and regulatory requests for review and signature.
• Identify inconsistencies or errors in technical documentation and report them promptly.
• Manage regulatory files and databases, ensuring traceability and orderly documentation.
• Support the preparation of dossiers, presentations, and regulatory reports.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Pharmacy (or related field).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar regulatory role.
• Preferably experience in health‑sector environments; experience with medical device registration is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with document‑management tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory platforms and databases.
