A leading pharmaceutical company experiencing steady growth is looking for a Business Analyst to provide advanced analytical support. The role transforms market data into actionable insights, ensuring accuracy and visibility of brand and business performance at country and regional levels.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis on Sell‑In, Sell‑Out, distributor inventory and market data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and automated analytical tools.
• Conduct in‑depth performance analyses at brand and SKU levels.
• Support new business development analyses in close coordination with the BD team.
• Maintain and monitor forecasting models, ensuring their accuracy.
• Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities through data modelling.
• Validate, reconcile and ensure consistency of reported information.
• Contribute to KPI harmonisation, regional data‑governance standards and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
