Ads Sales Specialist (Remote – Panama)

About the role

Lead the growth, adoption, and strategic optimization of the Advertising business in Panama and assigned markets. Provide commercial support and training to the sales team, co‑create tailored proposals for large accounts and medium brands, and monitor campaign performance through data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption and revenue growth of the Ads portfolio across Panama and neighboring markets.
• Deliver ongoing commercial training and support to the sales team to accelerate deal closures.
• Collaborate with clients to design attractive, customized advertising proposals for large and medium‑size brands.
• Analyze campaign data, identify performance gaps, and implement action plans to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales, media management or business development within digital advertising or online marketing.
• Proven track record of selling digital advertising solutions to large and medium‑scale clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting campaign metrics.
