About the role

The Store Administrator will lead the overall operation of the retail outlet in Bocas del Toro, ensuring commercial targets are met, customer service standards are upheld, and operational efficiency is maintained. This role is responsible for guiding a team of sales agents, optimizing resources, and strengthening the company’s image and profitability through every customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control sales targets and store KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and making strategic decisions to ensure sustainable revenue.
• Develop, motivate, and train the sales team, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative, and committed environment.
• Oversee administrative processes, inventory management, cash flow, and compliance with corporate policies for reliable operations.
• Maintain an exceptional customer experience, resolve complex cases, and ensure loyalty of existing clients while attracting new ones.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives, corporate projects, and communication with support areas such as IT, Finance, and Marketing to ensure proper execution of store strategies.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing retail operations, and handling commercial and service indicators.
• Strong organizational discipline, analytical ability for decision‑making, and results‑orientation.
• Advanced Spanish and basic/intermediate English (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Experience using commercial management systems.
