Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support regional payment operations across Colombia, Panama, and Mexico. In this position you will ensure accurate and timely execution of payment cycles, maintain supplier relationships, and contribute to month‑end closing and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regional payment cycles by preparing proposals in the ERP and uploading them to banking platforms for approval.
• Monitor daily automatic payments and ensure successful, timely execution.
• Reconcile vendor and intercompany accounts, investigate discrepancies, and perform continuous account clean‑up.
• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding statements, payment confirmations, refunds, and inquiries.
• Support accounting teams during month‑end closing and financial audits.
• Prepare monthly AP reports, including aging analyses and cash‑flow information.
• Coordinate administrative procedures with banking institutions as needed.
• Maintain and update vendor master data and tax information.
• Act as a key user in implementing, optimizing, and automating AP and Treasury processes across the region.
• Contribute to automation initiatives in Mexico and broader continuous‑improvement projects.
