Account Executive – US Market (Full-cycle Recruiting)

About the role

This full‑cycle position involves working with U.S. companies from the first conversation through to a successful placement. Warm leads are provided, allowing you to focus on closing deals and finding the right candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery calls with U.S. hiring managers and executives from warm leads
• Close recruiting agreements and manage client relationships
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles
• Present candidates and guide the process through to offer and placement
• Keep your pipeline organized and maintain tight follow‑up

Required profile

• Fluent, confident English (spoken and written)
• Professional experience in the US (work or study)
• Experience in B2B sales, recruiting, or account management
• Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers and candidates
• Target‑driven and motivated by earning more
• Organized, reliable, and coachable
