About the role

Starpago is seeking a senior Sales & Marketing Director to lead its go‑to‑market strategy for digital payment solutions. This full‑time remote position will shape revenue growth across key markets while fostering a data‑driven, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to expand market share and drive revenue.
• Lead, mentor and scale cross‑functional sales and marketing teams, set targets and monitor performance.
• Generate pipeline, forecast sales, and optimise sales operations.
• Build strategic partnerships and coordinate campaigns with product and operations teams.
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to refine business development strategies.
• Report key performance indicators to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, business development and marketing within fintech or payments.
• Strong leadership experience managing remote, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
