STEP 2.0 Advisor to support STEP 2.0 implementation in Bolivia (Home-Based)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a STEP 2.0 Advisor to remotely support the implementation of the STEP 2.0 framework in Bolivia. The consultant will work with the implementing partner and key facilitators to strengthen leadership, change‑management and problem‑solving capacities of health supply‑chain managers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training and capacity‑building sessions on STEP 2.0 tools, methodologies and best practices.
• Provide technical assistance to national and sub‑national immunization supply‑chain leaders.
• Facilitate change‑management processes and support the development of leadership competencies.
• Assist in translating the Bolivia National Immunization Supply Chain Roadmap into actionable implementation plans.
• Monitor progress, identify challenges and propose evidence‑based solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public‑health or immunization supply‑chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change‑management initiatives and build leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of immunization logistics, vaccine handling and supply‑chain resilience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work remotely with diverse stakeholders.
