Sales Assistant – Remote Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to join a fast‑growing team that operates a portfolio of American cleaning brands. Working remotely, you will support daily sales operations for U.S. home‑service companies, turning inbound interest into satisfied, paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages, converting them into booked appointments and sales.
• Book, reschedule, and respond to customer inquiries with clarity and urgency.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding cleaning professionals.
• Troubleshoot daily issues for cleaners and customers while maintaining a calm, drama‑free environment.
• Track revenue, bookings, and team performance on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Strong closing ability with a passion for solving customer problems.
• Fluent, clear, and persuasive spoken and written English.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Calm under pressure, proactive, self‑managed, and comfortable working directly with the CEO.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Ability to quickly learn and use sales tools such as Quo.
