Regional Client Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Client Program Manager to own the operational strategy for one of our global key customers. The role bridges ocean and logistics services, translating customer commitments into execution and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Deliver value to the customer through contract realization, new initiatives, and efficiency gains.
• Drive value to Maersk by implementing automation, standardisation and cost‑saving measures.
• Lead account teams, secure executive sponsor support and manage service‑delivery compliance.
• Identify customer pain points, design initiatives, and oversee implementation of new business, including EDI integration.
• Monitor service performance, resolve operational escalations and produce customer scorecards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with third‑party suppliers, partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Co‑create strategic road‑maps, IT strategies, contingency plans and digital transformation projects.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in foreign trade, sales, operations, customer service or key‑account management.
• Strong background in continuous improvement, metric‑driven supply‑chain optimisation and project management.
• Excellent facilitation and training abilities, capable of organising large‑scale workshops and meetings.

Required skills

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation and management.
