QA/QC Engineer (Civil, Electrical & MEP) – UAE Projects

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers with a background in Civil, Electrical or MEP disciplines to join our team and support quality assurance and control activities on major construction projects across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections and testing activities.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure all work complies with project quality standards and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including direct site work.
• Proven experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
